Shipping

 

Here at Mr Resin we ship worldwide using various shipping partners. 

When you check out the shipping will be calculated based on your item and order size. 
The services we use are listed below and all are tracked services.

Royal Mail 1st class signed for service (mainland UK small items and large letters size)
Parcel Force Tracked 48 (Some UK locations like Scottish highlands and UK isles, also some Northern Ireland deliveries)
DPD Next day, Fully tracked with up to date tracking information and options to arrange the delivery via the DPD app.

International Deliveries are mostly done via Royal Mail which the becomes the local country postal service. As with our UK deliveries we only use tracked or signed for services even on international shipping. 

Larger international parcels are shipped with DHL on their express service with tracking and updates available.

Once your parcel has been packed, usually same day if items in stock and orders placed before 2pm (weekdays), tracking numbers will be sent to you with the service used listed and a link to the website for the courier to trace your package.

If you wish another shipping option please feel free to message regarding this, however we will only use tracked services.


Returns

If you would like to return or exchange any items you have purchased, please contact us for a returns address. Refunds and exchanges can be requested within 14 days of you receiving your goods. Please note all items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. 

Any refunds will be made to the original payment method used when purchased.

Items arriving damaged should be reported to us as soon as possible with images of packaging and the items affected. A claim may be filed with the courier which may require your cooperation to successfully claim for the items affected.

Personalised items are exempt from return unless damaged or faulty. Because of this we do our best to make sure designs and expectations are explained during the making of the item. We also provide images prior to shipping any moulds and ask they are checked when you receive and any imperfections are reported immediately prior to any use.
